Ok- for those who might not understand a bit of an explanation… During MINI Takes The States one of the places we stopped at was Dodge City, Kansas.  While there the most amazing thing happened.  We got to see an ambush…  Jim McDowell head of MINIUSA (and owner of magical t-shirts that change their message) was ambushed by a group of Mini MINI Owners (i.e. kids) armed with squirt guns.  He was soaked from head to toe and laughing the entire time.  I tried to imagine any other corporate types who would get caught like that & couldn’t think of one.  That was one of those fantastic MINI moments in which you realize that you own a pretty special car, built by a pretty special company.  Mongo has been searching for Jim ever since hoping to join in on the fun.
