I do find it funny that it seems like every time I go to the doctor’s office they ask me to fill out the same forms… like they want to catch me in a lie- “6 months ago he said his family had a history of ingrown toenails… he didn’t put that down this time- what else is he leaving out? Time to run a few more tests.”
Just to clear things up… a stress test has nothing to do with emotional stress (except that you tend to go through a bunch of it while waiting to take the test, taking the test, and waiting for the results). What is being tested is your heart and how it beats while under stress (Since mine was acting a bit wonky). They check out your heart when it is not under stress and after it has been been stressed out- You are forced to watch really scary movies with guys wielding chainsaws jumping out from behind trees killing peaceful teenagers at a lakeside camp when they least expect it.
