So my savior makes sure that I not only won’t kill myself on the track, but I might be able to drive home… Now it’s time to head to the classroom and become a student again. Educators always harp about “Lifelong Learners” and the thing is once your an adult you still do learn- just not about anything you aren’t interested in. I’m a teacher so I learn about teaching & technology. I also love photography, drawing & MINI Coopers- so I take time & effort to learn about those subjects (Rocky Mountain School of Photography, Indianapolis Art Center, & Phil Wicks- among others). Do I go out for a random class on Calculus? No. I do use the skills I picked up while in school to learn more about the stuff I like.
Sorry, I’m a teacher and therefore a role model and need to sometimes explain some things to my students who might be reading.
Next week I hit the track (literally) and learn about how driving fast is a personal thing. Hope you can keep up.

I don’t remember you being that helpless at the track day. We all learned a lot that weekend.
Can’t wait for the next installment.
