This has been a “joke” I had running around my head for a while.  It started off when I thought it would be a great idea to create brochure for the MINI Car Club of Indiana when I served on the board.  I was going to do it a little tongue in cheek, but never ended up doing the project someone “more capable” and could use MSPublisher did a “lovely” job.

OK enough of that-  I was going to tell this little story of the fictitious history of MINICCI including the founders “Yarpo” & “Mr. Fizzwhiggie” from the Johnson Bros. Circus that wintered in Peru, Indiana at the turn of the century.  As the story went they had decided to try including an automobile in their act.  While traveling in Europe they entertained a young Alec Issigonis.  As circuses left Peru the clowns who started the car club left also.  The club vanished from memory until 2003 when MINICCI started and they tried to incorporate, only to find that they were the second group by that name.

OK none of that is real… but I have a mind that thinks like that.
