As I said on Monday, I have some experience in cache runs, but in most cases as the spouse who is waiting up.  Sue has gone on a few of the “Come home carrying your shield or carried on it” type runs.  Neither rain nor sleet, nor snow, nor prickly plants, nor poison ivy, nor dark of night will stop them.  The only one like this I was on we ended up caching at midnight with the light from our phones since no one brought a flashlight.  Most of the time I’m working on the computer around 1:00 AM when the phone rings with a “We’re heading back, I should be home in about an hour or two.  Later that day breakfast might end up looking a lot like dinner.

I’m not complaining about these kinds of runs or the people who enjoy them… personally they aren’t exactly my thing.  I have yet to find one that is appealing, then again I’m not a “Die Hard Cacher.”

Does anybody really know what time it is?
