After the entire Summer it is time to bring this portion to a close… but before we do that it is time to provide new readers with some background.  So tell your friends (if you don’t like the comic tell your enemies) this is a perfect time to be introduced to My Geek Odyssey.

Clever marketing aside-  I am required to provide the Lilly Endowment a personal narrative about my project.  This actually was less painful than the “3 minute” presentation I had to deliver last week. as it actually does give me the inspiration to quit procrastinating and get drawing.  As a reader you will be getting this in bits and pieces- the Endowment gets it all at once… You want this recap all at once, you give me $8,000 and we’ll talk.  I hope you enjoy this recap and hopefully you’ve been able to witness a little growth over the past few months.
