SO after around 3 hours Penfold & I get dropped off at our local dealership.  It’s a Friday night & around here car dealerships close early (they aren’t even open on Sundays, which I find strange).  All that said – this played out almost as written.  People wonder why I own a MINI- it’s service like this that makes the company, the car and the community different than any other experience I have ever had.  I have tweeted recently a number of times “What? Your car company doesn’t do things like this?” or “Doesn’t every car company treat their owners this way?”  Once you understand the culture (some never do) you just enjoy driving so much you call it motoring.

Oh, and if I did my math correctly… This is actual comic #500, which kind of frightens me.

Service with a smile and a wave (waving is very important in the MINI community)
