Hemi really isn’t “My cat” no matter what Sue says. She was the first person in the house and Hemi did spend a little time chastising her for leaving him. We did not leave him to fend for himself we had a neighbor check on him daily, but it wasn’t the same amount of attention he gets when we are around. Of course with school starting soon that will all change.
Since I have trouble sleeping on planes I crashed for most of the day with Hemi sound asleep on me. He kept that up for a few days and has now decided that we are not going anywhere so he can return to his normal spots (8 to 11: My Studio, 11 to 2 Sue’s Office, 2 to 4 by the french doors in a sunbeam, 4 to 6… you get the idea).
